Water Rail showing really well under roadside hide feeders.

Also have had very close views of Greenshank from estuary hide.

Superb picture,must be rewarding to get such good results.
We recently watched Water Rail from a hide at Pennington Flash,
a lovely bird to see close up.

Hawfinch briefly this afternoon along the track running to the seaward hide. Also Red Kite over, 27 Goldeneyes on the sea and a Kingfisher around.
